D&D 5E Noncombat Encounter - Arctic

Noncombat Encounters include creature groups, hazards and lone npcs. Maybe a lost lizardfolk, a forest fire or a talkative druid
Encounters in arctic terrain occur in icy tundra, tall glaciers and snowy peaks. They might occur outside an igloo, on an iced over lake or in a winter blizzard

At a gentle slope (there are icicles high up that could easily come loose)
They are hopelessly lost
Possibly... they have a Potion of Gaseous Form

They are local and invite you for a meal
At a frozen waterfall of blue ice. There is a patch of sickly moss with a clear pool with many frogs (there is a simple hut with a door that's frozen shut)

At a snow sculpture surrounded by jagged ice (close by is a shallow depression)
They are attempting to catch fish

Del Lathales is a hilarious halfling tribal warrior holding a set of pan pipes. He is adept at disguises and has fallen in love with a romantic hero
