D&D 5E Noncombat Encounter - Arctic

Noncombat Encounters include creature groups, hazards and lone npcs. Maybe a lost lizardfolk, a forest fire or a talkative druid
Encounters in arctic terrain occur in icy tundra, tall glaciers and snowy peaks. They might occur outside an igloo, on an iced over lake or in a winter blizzard

Enes is a sick minotaur tribal warrior with a prominent criminal brand. They are a notable of the Guild of Barbers and are currently standing by a patch of edible fungi
At a frozen ice fortress (the area is protected by a poltergeist)
They are crying over a misfortune

Smalljaw is a filthy kobold with concealing white robes. They are always complaining about the same subject and are currently talking with a pet bird
